Technical data: IP, browser, server logs.
AI data: prompts, uploaded images, generated results.
Transactions: purchase history (we don't process card numbers).

Art. 6(1)(c) (Legal obligation) Tax and accounting settlements.

Art. 6(1)(f) (Legitimate interest) Security, fraud detection, pursuing claims.

Art. 6(1)(a) (Consent) Newsletter (required for free credits). You can withdraw consent.

§4. Privacy of Your Generations

Private Content Your prompts and results are private by default. We don't review them without justified legal or technical reason.

Public Content If you mark content as public, it becomes visible to everyone. We may use it for promotion according to the Terms.

AI Providers External models (e.g., FLUX, Runway) process data solely for generation purposes.

§5-§6 Data

Data Recipients We share data only with necessary entities:

Hosting and cloud (AI computation)
Payment operators (credit purchases)
Email systems (notifications)

Retention Period We store account data until service termination. Accounting data for 5 years. Security logs for the statute of limitations period.
