Do I need to register?

Yes, using Chmurka requires creating an account. You can register via email or your Google account.

How much does it cost?

Registration is free. After confirming your email and agreeing to marketing, you get 10 free credits to start. Then you can buy credits in packages.

What are credits?

Credits are Chmurka's internal currency. Each generation costs a certain number of credits - the price depends on the model and parameters (e.g. resolution, video length).

How long are credits valid?

Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase or award.

Do you offer a subscription?

No, Chmurka works on a pay-as-you-go model. You buy credits when you need them, with no commitments.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

No, purchased credits are non-refundable. That's why we recommend buying smaller packages at first.

What content can I generate?

How long does generation take?

Can I use generated content commercially?

Yes! You have full commercial rights to all your generations.

What if I don't like the result?

You can use the "Regenerate" button to generate a new version with the same prompt. Each regeneration costs credits.

Are my generations private?

Yes, by default all your generations are private and visible only to you.

What does "Publish" mean?

You can voluntarily share your generations in the public gallery. Published content may be visible to other users.

Does Chmurka review my private content?

We don't review private generations unless we receive a report of terms of service violation.

Generation failed, what to do?

If a generation failed due to a system error, credits should be refunded automatically. If not, please contact us.

How long are my generations stored?

Your generations are stored in your account. We recommend downloading important files to your own drive.
